Whole30- or how I stopped feeling like a burst can of biscuits.

Today is Day 19 of our Whole30. Kyle is doing it with me, which has definitely helped me be successful. Last attempt I think we got to day 4 before we gave up completely and just went back to eating crap.


Left is about 7 weeks ago. Right is a couple days ago. Huge difference in inflammation.
